Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships from our warehouse in Casula, NSW, by Aramex. Shipping is quoted live at checkout from the weight and box size of what is in your cart and your postcode, so you pay the real carrier rate — no flat fees and no surprises.
Dispatch
- Orders are booked with Aramex once a day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the daily pickup ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.
- Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is booked.
- Everything in one order ships together in one consignment, so adding filament or accessories to a printer order does not add a second delivery fee.
- We do not currently offer local pickup.
Delivery times
Typical Aramex transit times from Sydney, in business days after dispatch. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees; regional and remote addresses can take longer.

Printers and large items
Printers ship in their original manufacturer carton inside the consignment. Multi-box orders (for example a printer with an AMS) are booked as one consignment with one tracking number per box.
Schools and businesses
We quote delivery for classroom and workshop orders up front and can ship to a school or site address with your purchase order number on the paperwork. Contact us for a quote.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will raise it with Aramex and sort out a replacement or refund under our Refund & Exchange policy.
