Frequently Asked Questions
What 3D printer filament do you stock?
The full Bambu Lab filament range — PLA Basic, Matte and Silk+, PETG HF and CF, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PA and the carbon-fibre engineering grades — plus our own NE Filament house brand in 1 kg spools and value 10-packs. Everything ships from our warehouse in Casula, NSW.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted live at checkout from Aramex using the weight and box size of what is in your cart and your postcode, so you pay the real rate for your order. Choose Economy or Priority. We dispatch from Casula, NSW, Monday to Friday, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is booked.
What 3D printers do you sell?
We are an authorised Bambu Lab reseller: the A1 mini and A1, the P1S and P2S, the X2D Combo and the H2 series including the H2D laser combos, plus the AMS multi-colour units, build plates, hotends and spare parts for each model. Bambu Lab printers are sold at the same price as the Bambu Lab Australian store — what you get from us is local NSW stock, support and service.
Which 3D printer is best for beginners?
The Bambu Lab A1 mini. It calibrates itself, prints fast and quietly, and the optional AMS lite adds four-colour printing later. It is also the printer we recommend most for classrooms. Step up to the A1 for a bigger build volume, or the P1S for an enclosed printer that handles ABS and ASA.
Do you offer bulk discounts on filament?
Yes — our NE Filament 10-packs are the cheapest way to keep a printer or a classroom running, working out from $15.80 per kilogram. Find them under NE Filament in the Filament menu. Schools and businesses can also request a quote for larger quantities.
Do you supply schools and businesses?
Yes. We quote classroom and workshop setups, accept purchase orders and invoice education and business customers. Contact us with the printers, filament and accessories you need and we will send a quote with GST shown.
What is your returns policy?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Exchange page for the details. Bambu Lab products also carry the manufacturer warranty, and we handle warranty claims for you locally.
Do you repair printers?
We are an engineering business with in-house repair skills. If your Bambu Lab printer is damaged or stops working, contact us for an assessment and quote — we will get you printing again as quickly as we can.
