About this product
Bambu Lab Glue Stick — the fix for lifted corners and welded-on prints
Most failed prints don't fail at layer 300 — they fail at layer one. A corner lifts, the part warps, and four hours of filament ends up in the bin. A thin film of Bambu Lab's glue stick fixes that for the cost of a coffee, and it does the opposite job just as well: on engineering materials that bond too hard, it acts as a release layer so your print pops off instead of taking a patch of PEI coating with it.
This is Bambu Lab's own formula (SGL001), not a generic craft glue. It's water-soluble and formaldehyde-free, so cleanup is warm water and a sponge — no IPA soak, no scraping, nothing that will chew up your build surface. Bambu Lab specifically recommend using their glue on their plates; third-party adhesives aren't covered if a plate coating is damaged.

- Stops warping on high-temp materials. ABS, ASA, PC and PA shrink hard as they cool. Glue holds the skirt and first layer flat long enough for the part to finish.
- Saves your build plate. PETG and TPU bond aggressively to smooth PEI — hot enough and they'll take the coating with them. A glue film sits between the two as a sacrificial release layer.
- Rescues small-footprint prints. Miniatures, thin towers and tall spindly parts with almost no contact area get the extra bite they need.
- Cleans up in the laundry sink. Water dissolvable — no acetone, no solvents, safe for classrooms and shared workshops.
- Fine for schools and makerspaces. Formaldehyde-free formula, no strong fumes.

How to use it: clean the plate first, then apply an even layer over the whole area the print will touch — thin and uniform beats thick and blobby, which can print a texture into your first layer. Wash the plate with warm water once printing is done.
