About this product
Bambu Lab Multi-Size Hotends Kit — H2C (Right Hotend)
The H2C's party trick is its right-hand Vortek rack: a pool of up to six swappable induction hotends that the printer picks up and puts down on its own, alongside the fixed left-hand hotend. Seven materials, or seven nozzle sizes, with no purge tower and no manual swaps. The catch is that a rack is only as useful as what's in it — and this kit is the economical way to fill it.
Each kit bundles genuine H2C Induction Hotends (Right) in a set of nozzle sizes, at a better per-hotend rate than buying them individually. Every hotend in every configuration is the standard-flow type — the same tier the H2C ships with — so slicer profiles, material support and behaviour are exactly what you already know.
Induction heating brings a nozzle up to PLA printing temperature in roughly 8 seconds, which is what makes frequent tool changes practical rather than painful. The hotends attach magnetically through a contactless high-frequency power and signal interface — there are no metal contact pins to oxidise or bend — and each one stores its own filament information locally, so the printer knows what's loaded the moment it picks one up. Dual temperature sensors (nozzle and heatsink) plus overheat, overvoltage, short-circuit and open-circuit protection do the worrying for you.

Which configuration is right for you?
All three kits start from the same 0.2 mm detail nozzle and build outward. Pick the one that matches the work you actually do:
| Configuration | What it adds | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 0.2 mm + 0.6 mm | Finest detail nozzle plus a fast functional nozzle — the two extremes | First expansion. Hobbyists who print miniatures one day and brackets the next |
| 0.2 + 0.6 + 0.8 mm | Adds the 0.8 mm — widest extrusions in the standard-flow range | Makers and workshops printing large, low-detail parts, enclosures and fixtures |
| 0.2 + 0.4 + 0.6 + 0.8 mm | Adds the 0.4 mm all-rounder — the complete size range, deepest bundle discount | Small businesses, schools and print farms running mixed jobs back to back |
Nozzle size guide
| Size | Material | Max volumetric speed | Use it for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.2 mm | Stainless steel | 2 mm³/s | Miniatures, fine text, jewellery masters, scale detail |
| 0.4 mm | Hardened steel | 25 mm³/s | Everyday all-rounder, widest material support |
| 0.6 mm | Hardened steel | 30 mm³/s | Strong functional parts, jigs, faster turnaround |
| 0.8 mm | Hardened steel | 30 mm³/s | Large, bulky prints, enclosures, draft iterations |
Volumetric speeds are Bambu's published figures measured with PLA Basic; real-world ceilings vary with material and cooling.
Material notes before you choose
- The 0.2 mm is stainless steel, not hardened — it can't run carbon- or glass-filled filaments, any TPU, or the marble, sparkle, wood and glow PLAs, and isn't recommended for galaxy, translucent or silk PLA.
- TPU 85A isn't supported on any nozzle size in this range; TPU 90A/95A need a High Flow hardened hotend, which is sold separately.
- Silk PLA isn't recommended on 0.6 mm and larger — run it on the 0.4 mm.
- The 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm hotends are hardened steel, so abrasive fibre-filled engineering filaments are fine.

What's in the box
- 2, 3 or 4 × H2C Induction Hotend (Right), standard flow, in the nozzle sizes of the configuration you choose — each individually boxed
- No tools, screws or thermal paste required: the heating hardware is built into each hotend and it attaches magnetically
Important compatibility note
These are right-side induction hotends for the H2C's Vortek rack. They are a physically different part from the latch-mounted hotends used by the H2C's left (lifting) position and by the H2D, H2S, P2S and X2D — those take the H2-series hotend instead. If you're replacing the left-hand hotend on an H2C, choose our H2D/H2S/H2C (Left) listing.
