About this product
Bambu Lab Cool Plate SuperTack Pro — H2D / H2S
If you've ever watched a 200 mm PETG part peel a corner off the bed at layer 40, this is the plate that fixes it. The Cool Plate SuperTack Pro is Bambu Lab's second-generation SuperTack surface, cut to the full 350 × 320 mm print area of the H2D, H2D Pro and H2S. A 0.05 mm engineered coating on 0.4 mm magnetic spring steel grips PLA and PETG hard while the bed is warm, then lets go cleanly once the plate cools to room temperature — no glue stick, no hairspray, no brim, no prising.
The Pro version runs cooler than the original SuperTack (around 40 °C for PLA and 55–60 °C for PETG, instead of 45 °C and 70 °C), which means less warm-up time and less heat soak into tall prints. It also makes PETG genuinely reliable rather than hit-and-miss, and the coating is tougher and more scratch-resistant with a longer service life than the first generation. Prints come off with a smooth, glossy bottom face — the reason this plate is a favourite for signage, nameplates, coasters, enclosure lids, cosplay panels and anything where the first layer is the layer people actually see.
Good fit for: hobbyists tired of fighting adhesion, makers selling flat-faced parts, schools where a glue stick is one more thing to lose, and small businesses running PLA and PETG production batches on an H2 Series machine.
350 × 320 mm usable Glue-free PLA & PETG Low bed temps Smooth glossy first layer Rated to 120 °C H2D · H2D Pro · H2S
Which configuration is right for you?
Both options contain exactly the same build plate. The only difference is whether a scraper comes with it.

| Choose this if… | You're adding a spare plate to the rotation or replacing a worn one, and you already own a scraper you trust. | It's your first SuperTack plate, or you've been levering prints off with whatever's on the bench. Bundled, the scraper works out cheaper than buying it on its own. |
How to get the best out of it
- Let it cool before removing prints. Adhesion is deliberately strongest when warm and drops away near room temperature — patience beats force every time.
- Keep bed temps low. PLA around 40 °C and PETG 55–60 °C is all this surface needs. Running it hotter doesn't help and makes release harder.
- Skip the glue. PLA and PETG need nothing. Select the correct plate profile in Bambu Studio or Orca so the slicer uses the right temperatures.
- Never print TPU on it. Flexibles bond to the SuperTack coating and will damage it. Use a textured PEI plate for TPU instead.
- Clean with dish soap and warm water when fingerprints or residue build up. Never use acetone, IPA-heavy cleaners or other organic solvents — they attack the coating.
- Third-party silk PLA is not recommended on this surface; Bambu PLA Silk+ is the supported option.
