About this product
Bambu Lab 32GB MicroSD Card
The microSD card is the quiet workhorse of a Bambu Lab printer. It holds your sliced files so you can print straight from the screen without Wi-Fi, it stores every timelapse the chamber camera records, and it holds the log files Bambu Lab support asks for when something goes wrong. Cards live a hard life in a heated, vibrating machine — so when one goes missing, gets corrupted or stops mounting, this is the genuine 32GB replacement (part FAZ015) that Bambu Lab ships with its printers.
At 32GB it is deliberately sized for the job: Bambu Lab printers read FAT32 only, and a 32GB card formats to FAT32 natively on Windows, macOS and Linux — no partition workarounds, no "card not recognised" surprises mid-print.

Tool-free swap
- Offline printing. Slice on your PC, copy the 3MF to the card, insert it and start the job from the printer's touchscreen or button — handy in classrooms and workshops where the printer isn't on the network.
- Timelapses that actually save. Chamber-camera timelapse recording needs a working card in the slot. No card, no footage.
- Faster support tickets. Printer logs export to the microSD card, which is the first thing Bambu Lab support asks for on a warranty claim.
- A known-good spare. Corrupted cards cause phantom faults — failed file reads, stalled prints, missing timelapses. Swapping in a fresh card rules that out in under a minute.
- School and business friendly. Cheap enough to keep one per machine, so a single flaky card never idles a printer bank.
What's in the box
- 1 × Bambu Lab 32GB microSD card (FAZ015)
- No full-size SD adapter and no card case are included — if your laptop only has a full-size SD slot, you'll need your own adapter or a USB card reader.
Printer compatibility
Confirmed for X1, X1 Carbon, X1E, P1S, P1P and A1. It is a standard microSD card, so it works in any device with a microSD slot — but note that H2-series printers (H2D, H2C, H2S) use a USB flash drive instead of a microSD card, so this is not the right part for those machines.
Formatting tips
- Bambu Lab printers read FAT32 only. If the printer reports the card as unreadable, format it from the printer's own menu.
- Bambu Lab recommends Class 10 / U1 or higher (10 MB/s minimum write) for reliable timelapse recording.
- Printers support cards up to 2TB when formatted in-printer — but on Windows anything over 32GB defaults to exFAT, which the printer won't read. That's exactly why 32GB is the easy choice.
